Student Inquiry in the Secondary Classroom

Target group: Secondary teachers

Activating student inquiry is a key component to engaging students in relevant and meaningful learning. Intentionally planning for student curiosity, wondering and questioning is an important instructional component. Inquiry promotes creativity, persistence and gives students real need to utilize technology for learning.

Join Zac Chase and Diana Laufenberg in a three day workshop to develop better questioning strategies, plan inquiry driven units of study and learn about instructional methods to add to your teacher toolbox. We will focus on planning new units of study and working to refine or modify some of our best material to invite and thrive off of student inquiry.
