Lucy Calkins Units for Writing PST

Target Group: Columbine Elementary primary teachers.The goal for this study are to increase Columbine primary teachers´ skills and strategies for standards-based writing instruction, to improve student performance. In order to do this, teachers will work collaboratively to examine Lucy Calkins Units of Study curriculum in depth, determine how to best implement the curriculum and engage in standards-based lesson planning, incorporating newly acquired skills.
