Target Group: Teachers & principals, all grade levels, all content areas, all levels of experienceThese Facilitating Learning classes directly address district and building achievement goals and support district initatives such as closing the achievement gap and Response to Intervention. Course strategies and projects will be correlated to newly adopted programs. These courses support teacher professional growth goals.How to use the data and the standards-based planning process to address student learning needs and improve student achievement. How to monitor learning and adjust instruction to improve student ahcievement. The Why, What, and How to differentiate instruction and how to start with a solid, standards-based lesson, answer the three questions, and plan differentiated instruction that increases achievement for all students. Each participant will design a complete differentiated unit for their classroom using a collaborative "lesson study" approach..
