Target Group: Teachers & principals, all grade levels, all content areas, all levels of experience.These Facilitating Learning classes directly address district and building achievement goals and support district initatives such as closing the achievement gap and Response to Intervention. Course strategies and projects will be correlated to newly adopted programs. These courses support teacher professional growth goals.Research-based strategies for helping students pay attention, for maintaining the momentum of learning and generally creating a positive/productive environment.how to use acheivement data to provide feedback to students and coach them to be successful.the amazing effect of ´attribution´ and how to retrain attribution so that sutdents EXPECT themselves to achieve.how ´thinking about thinking´ and thinking about learning increases acheivement for all students and efficacy and effectiveness for all teachers.Each particpant will conduct a Case Study on one of their students who is "falling through the cracks."
