Target audience: Early Childhood professionals, parents, anyone interested. This training will focus on child obesity and what can be done to change the trends. Areas covered will include: understanding the early brain, understanding the phrase "the body trains the brain", intentional daily structured activities planned by teachers, and research based information to guide child nutrition practices and improve nutrition.
