Please join Literacy Coordinator, Geralyn Myczkowiak for a year long Professional Development and Book Study designed for Instructional Coaches. You will explore how to support teacher growth and student learning. In addition you will have the opportunity to engage in reflective practices concerning your own roles within the schools you work.

Standards-Based Teaching & Assessing Unit Development - Middle School

Standards-Based Teaching and Assessing: Unit Development - Middle School
This is a six-day, interactive, work-focused professional learning. Teams of middle school teachers and administrators will learn the process of developing standards-based units of instruction, with a focus on thinking.
All participants will leave with units of instruction, assessments, and resources.
A one day session (TBD) will follow at a later date for reflections.
COST: $80.00 per person (to cover meals and material)
Payment is required PRIOR to the start of the training.
NO SHOWS: There will be a $50 charge to cover the cost of food and materials for participants who register and do not attend or cancel at least FIVE days prior to the start date.
