These Student Assistance Trainings (SAT) are required to be given annually. SAT CHAIRS AND ONE ADMINISTRATOR are REQUIRED TO ATTEND. Schools may send teams of up to 6, which may include Site Specialists, Diagnosticians or Psychologists assigned to that school. Content of these sessions will cover 2009 edition of the NMPED Student Assistance Team Manual and the Three Tiered Model of Intervention, SAT processes, precedures and new forms. The sessions will require attendance for the full day.MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER FOR THE CORRECT SESSION. NOV. 3 AND 5 ARE FOR SPECIFIED ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS. NOV.11 IS FOR HIGH SCHOOLS AND NOV. 12 IS FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLS.
