Selected participants will meet to study and rectify a four year declining trend in proficiency levels for fourth grade students in reading, math and science. Participants in this group are expected to attend all 4 sessions, act as the school represetative to share and gather information with your grade level colleagues and administration, follow through with assignments, and bring required documents each session.
