Leading and Facilitating PLC Teaching Teams

PLC team leaders will be provided with tools to ensure a well-run, efficient, and productive team meeting. Time management, topic questions, learning styles, building team relationships, and dealing with a variety of personalities are all issues that will be addressed. Anyone leading or facilitating a PLC team meeting should attend one of these sessions.
