This training will provide building principals and assistant prinicpals with current information on the Negotiated Agreement, Progressive Discipline, Staff Investigations, Growth Plans and Collective Bargaining.

This series of workshops will provide new and experienced administrators at the schools and district office with the tools to do your job successfully. Each workshop addresses a different aspect of the job while also addressing the administrator competencies. New administrators are required to attend all sessions. Other interested parties are invited to attend any or all of the workshops.
