Participants will be able to:
- Examine adult learning and apply them to their own context.
- Explain the four learning tasks.
- Design a learning task most relevant to their context.
- Identify the qualities for giving and receiving feedback.
- Assess their collaboration and facilitation skills.
- Review the seven steps of design.
- Design a learning needs and resource assessment.
- Use the seven steps to design an adult learning experience.
