Never have time to read professionally? Feeling isolated? Please join secondary educators (grades 6 through 12) from across the Ottawa Area Intermediate School District in professional conversation and book study.

Each selected text will address literacy development at the secondary level (grades 6 through 12). Participants will receive a personal copy of each book and benefit from collegially conversation. A light dinner will be served.

Session 1: November 19, 2009 -- Book - To Understand: New Horizons in Reading Comprehension 2008 by Ellin Oliver Keene Session 2: April 29, 2010: Book TBD

Cost for each session is $20.
Cost if you attend both sessions is $35. (cost includes book and a light dinner will be provided)
