One Common Voice-One Plan: The School Improvement Modules Series
October 20, 2009, December 3,2009, February 25, 2010, March 30, 2010, April 22, 2010 and May 14, 2010

Half day sessions each day. Choose 8:00-11:00 a.m. or 1:00-4:00 p.m.

The School Improvement Modules Series is designed to help school improvement teams create a 3-5 year plan that will focus on increased student achievement, as well as incorporate state and federal requirements. The five modules will create the framework for teams to identify their needs, analyze data, and set goals for the future. An emphasis will be placed on understanding how the many components of school improvement and state requirements fit together into a coherent process which facilitates effective school processes.

Module 1: Getting Ready for School Improvement
Module 2: Collecting Data and Building a Profile
Module 3: Analyzing Data and Setting Goals and Measurable Objectives
Module 4: Developing an Action Plan
Module 5: Implementing, Monitoring, and Evaluating the Plan


Each half day session will cover one module, with one extra session provided for more individualized assistance.
