Time: 4:30-8:00 p.m. each session

Cost: $150 (includes 8 sessions with dinner served and handouts)

This series is for those teachers who have used the Units of Study for Teaching Writing by Lucy Calkins and colleagues for at least one year and want to strengthen their skills in writing workshop. Each session will include:
  • Sharing with colleagues
  • Conferring book study using One to One: The Art of Conferring with Young Writers by Lucy Calkins Looking at student writing for assessment and grading Identifying alternate mentor texts for teaching points

    Limited Enrollment of 30 participants
