Advanced Barbecue I - Cooking-AdvBarbI
The objective of this course is to help you have fun while making some great barbecue. We will show you some proven barbecue techniques, including slow-cooking, smoking, grilling and marinating. IŽll give you some great recipes for sauces, dry rubs, traditional and not-so-traditional side dishes. We will use three different types of pork ribs and chicken. You will be instructed how to use different types of equipment. We will be providing some "tried and true" techniques and recipes and we will give you some practical advice and knowledge that you will be able to use at home. There will be instruction in carving, presenting and serving. Most of all, this course will give you the opportunity to develop your own style, using meats, marinades and spice that are to your liking.

Refund Policy - Full refunds will be issued when a student withdraws from a course prior to the start date. A 75% refund will be issued to students withdrawing prior to the second class and 50% prior to the third class. No refunds will be issued after the third class, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
