Fun with Fondant - Baking-FunFondant

This class is recommended for students who have completed the Basics of Fondant course or have experience working with fondant. Students will learn how to free hand carve 3-dimensional cakes following the theme of the week. Students in the past have made storks, castles, and cornucopias to name a few. You will learn how to mold fondant people and animals and incorporate some basic piping. This class is hands-on and students will decorate and take home their own cake every week. Course fee includes supplies.

Refund Policy - Full refunds will be issued when a student withdraws from a course prior to the start date. A 75% refund will be issued to students withdrawing prior to the second class and 50% prior to the third class. No refunds will be issued after the third class, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
