This class is recommended for students who have completed the Basics of Fondant Class or have experience working with fondant. Students will learn how to free hand carve 3-dimensional cakes following the theme of the week. Students in the past have made storks, castles and cornucopias to name a few. You will learn how to mold people and animals and incorporate some basic piping. This class is hands on and the students will decorate and take home their own cake every week. Course fee includes supplies. Enrollment limited to 10.
