           Body Rolling [A]
Developed by body worker and yoga instructor Yamuna Zake, Body Rolling provides myofascial and neuromuscular release to the whole body. Participants roll on a series of balls following specific routines and sequences to stretch and elongate muscles while developing balance as well as core and upper body strength. The hula hoop and yoga poses will be used to warm the body throughout the routines. Using the body and gravity, this is a method of self massage that gives relaxation and suppleness to muscles. This class is appropriate as an adjunct to treat post exercise soreness, chronic conditions and tightness. Once you learn the benefits of body rolling, expect everyday pains to dissipate or even go away entirely.

Want a challenging and beneficial workout class to add to your fitness regime? Come join what so many already know and love the deep water power workout. Deep water exercise is a high intensity workout like a land class, without the stress on the joints and bones. The buoyancy of the water aids exercises in various ways. Buoyancy also reduces the impact and shock to the body during exercise. This workout is suitable for all levels of fitness abilities. You do not have to be a swimmer to participate. This workout provides an opportunity to increase muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, core stability and flexibility without pain, PLUS, it is FUN! Come see what new exercise participants through marathon runners are loving about this hard workout! Jump in and give it a try . . . you will be happy you took the plunge!
