Payment Instructions

This is a reminder of your upcoming course. Registering for this workshop automatically enrolls you in the 2009-10 Macomb New Teacher Academy. First, second and third year teachers are welcome to attend as many 2009-10 Academy workshops as they choose for a yearly fee of $75.00. In the spring of 2010, districts will be billed $75.00 per teacher participating in the Academy. Please check with your district regarding payment of this fee (whether you are responsible for payment). All cancellations must be received in writing 7 (seven) days before the workshop date. This cancellation must be sent in writing to (Lynn Brown at lbrown@misd.net) . All cancellations AFTER the above date and/or a �no show to the workshop� will be invoiced a fee of $15 per session directly to their place of employment. A notice of this �payment due� invoice will also be sent to the district office notifying the school district of the �non-cancellation or no show� status of the participant.

Special Instructions

In case of special dietary needs, participants should provide their own meals. Adjustments will not be made in menu selections or registration fees.
