Payment Instructions Registration is a commitment of payment. Payment must be received before session begins. All cancellations must be received in writing 7 (seven) days before the workshop date to (Deb Wood at dwood@misd.net). Participants canceling before 7 (seven) days WILL be eligible for the workshop reimbursement or the fee waived.
All cancellations AFTER the above date and/or a “no show to the workshop” will NOT be eligible for reimbursement. Payment WILL be the responsibility of the participant. All “non cancellation and/or no show” participants will be invoiced directly to their place of employment. A notice of this “payment due” invoice will also be sent to the district office notifying the school district of the “non-cancellation or no show” status of the participant.
Special Instructions In case of special dietary needs, participants should provide their own meals. Adjustments will not be made in menu selections or registration fees.
