Target Audience: K-2 Teachers, Title 1 Teachers, Literacy Coaches, Literacy Interventionists, Special Ed. Teachers, and Paraprofessionals

Reading fluency creates a bridge to reading comprehension and comprehension is understanding what is read. Explicit instruction in fluency and comprehension strategies help students become purposeful readers. Participants will learn effective instructional activities to help promote and strengthen childrenís fluency and comprehension.
