Target Audience: Non-mental health professionals interested in learning how to respond and help individuals struggling with mental health challenges.

Mental Health challenges are shockingly common in the United States. Approximately one in five youths struggle with mental health issues. This course will provide the attendee with the knowledge and skills necessary to help individuals who are developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. This training is identified on SAMHSA’s National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs & Practices and helps the public better identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses.
