Target Audience: Paraprofessional or tutors responsible for providing reading instruction



ParaReading provides a foundation for understanding the literacy components all students need to be successful readers and writers. Participants will receive strategies to support students in areas of Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Fluency, Vocabulary, Comprehension and Writing. Each session provides engagement through discussion and practice in the focus areas. Resources will be provided so particpants can begin using strategies and activities immediately with students.
