Conquering the Conundrum: We can choose to achieve better results...NOW!
This workshop is NOT eligible for Professional Development Funds.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Superintendents, curriculum directors, principals, special education directors, school improvement chairs K-12, general and special education teachers K-12, and other RTI team members.

THE WORKSHOP:
All of us work throughout our careers to do things that promote higher student achievement. Some of those things work; most do not. Why is this quest so difficult? We can conquer this conundrum with a reliance on data-based decisions and a focus on improving instruction. If we have the will, we can improve the achievement of all, some, and few of our students.

This session will address the necessary school culture that is foundational in implementing Response to Intervention. Based on Dr. Kukic’s extensive career in educational leadership and school change at state and national levels, he believes every organization is perfectly aligned for the results it gets. There are no surprises. In this workshop he will integrate the work of educational researchers and leaders including Marzano, DuFour, Schmoker, Reeves, and others to help participant teams begin the process of realigning their school culture for optimal results.
