The Academic Advisory Committee meeting will cover a wide range of topics. The discussion topics will lead to policy and procedure for academic programming within the Michigan Department of Corrections Education Section. We will cover GED training evaluations and issues, professional development programs for teachers and school secretaries, possible introduction of the CLEP tests, and finalization of the soft skill goals and objectives.
