Participants in Day 1 of this workshop will learn to define the vocabulary of communication, standards, and assessment,and link assessment results to standards and instruction to improve student performance. Participants will also investigate strategies to improve appropriate opportunities for all students and will learn how to create differentiated assignments to provide appropriate opportunities for all students.
