This two-day series focuses on the work of Dr. Whitaker, What Great Principals Do Differently. Day one is a presentation by Dr. Whitaker which includes: it´s people, not programs; treat everyone with respect; and base every decision on your best teachers. Day two will be a study group with participants reading and discussing the book, Leading School Change.
