What Really Motivates Us?

In the words of the author and authority on motivation, Daniel Pink, “Our motivations are amazingly interesting, and not as predictable as we would think.” Through investigation of the studies and strategies that Pink has uncovered, this course is designed to develop greater understanding of what motivates us and how to utilize this in the classroom.
