Teaching Students of Poverty

The make-up of our classrooms is changing rapidly and our teaching isn’t changing as quickly. This class will offer support and practical application for working with students of poverty. It will also challenge our mindset to work with such students and families and become a richer student. This class will offer research based strategies to implement into your classroom to develop highly effective ways to embrace socioeconomic changes.
