A three-day fun-filled, interactive training for school teams! If your team is interested in improving the climate and culture of your school using data-driven techniques for integrating character education into existing curriculum such as PBIS, Olweus, and Leader in Me, this training is for you!

The training is designed for teams of 3-6 members. Teams complete a school self-assessment related to character education which provides them with data to use during the training. Utilizing their data and the new CHARACTER COUNTS! 5.0, teams will learn about research-based strategies for interactions and instruction and tips on involving staff, parents and the community. Teams identify their unique goals and activities to use with students, parents, school staff and the community upon their return home. Follow-up professional development and coaching will be available to participating schools.
