Beginning Sign Language


This course is designed to teach beginning ASL (American Sign Language) for use in the classroom, community or for personal learning. Course content will include learning the alphabet, numbers, fingerspelling, phrases, and vocabulary.

Required text: Talking with Your Hands; included with course fees
Optional text: American Sign Lang. Dictionary, 3rd Edition; Martin Sternberg; NOT included with course fees
