Number Sense and Relationships


This course is open only to Bettendorf CSD staff, its preschool partners, and those who hold a Sub. Authorization license guest teaching in BCSD.

Explore the four early numeracy ideas and four number relationships that build the foundation for success in mathematics. We will explore the what, why and how’s for helping students “catch” number sense, with strategies appropriate to whole class, centers or intervention time. Many activities could also be used by teachers or interventionists as they with students who struggle.

Registration closes 2/1/17. ALL participants must register, even those taking the course for audit.

Costs:
$35 for 1 Relicensure credit
no cost for audit

(This course is not offered for Drake grad credit.)
