PLC/TLCS for Administrators


This course is for Davenport Schools Administrators only.

Note: Teacher leaders should register for TLCS Teacher Leader Professional Learning for Collaboration

Establishing PLCs supports the achievement of all students by having a focus on learning, a collaborative culture, collective responsibility and results-orientation. District teams will plan for and implement the four pillars of a PLC in order to develop a system that supports a PLC structure in partnership with Teacher Leadership System of Support.

Registration closes 10/12/16.

Course Syllabus

Instructors: Ann Craig, Lisa Hawker, Linda Mannhardt (AEA staff)
Dates: participants will attend one session per month:
9/15; 10/11 or 10/13; 11/8 or 11/10; 12/13 or 12/15; 1/19; 2/14 or 2/16; 3/14 or 3/16; 4/11, 4/12/17 or 4/13; 5/9 or 5/11; plus 40+ hours addition outside class work
Time: 8:00 - 11:00
all other months: 8:00 - 3:00
Location: Davenport Schools Admin Office

Registration closes 11/10/16.

Costs:
$170 for 1 Drake EDMA credit
$100 for 1 Relicensure credit
no cost audit/no credit option
