This workshop is for Coaches and Administrators only.

This one day workshop will help administrators and educators serving in TLC roles as they support the implementation of the new Iowa Science Standards. This session will include an overview of the structure of the standards, how to unpack a science standard, and resources/strategies that can be utilized to support teachers as they continue to implement the new standards.

Educators in TLC roles are also encouraged to attend “Implementing the new Iowa Science Standards-Year 2” with teachers from their districts to assist in supporting unit design process.
