Evaluation of the TLC System: A Community of Practice


This workshop is limited to the following districts:
Andrew, Bettendorf, Central Community, Clinton, Davenport, Delwood, Muscatine, North Scott, Northeast, Pleasant Valley, and Wilton.

Because the five state TLC goals are broad, participating teams will be most successful if they are comprised of administrators (central office and building-level) and teacher leaders, including your TLC Coordinator(s) and other individuals responsible for recruiting and retaining school personnel.

Evaluation of the TLC System: A Community of Practice
Purpose and outcomes for the group
Align goals, including output and outcome measures, to
o Launching Teacher Leadership Phase 1, 2, and 3 as well as to the
o Teacher Leadership Framework for Learning Supports
Determine TLC plan alignment to state goals and local goals
Determine output and outcome data for each local goal (short-term and long-term)
Create tools for gathering feedback and for disseminating results
Develop a process to monitor goals and adjust inputs
Develop an awareness of the Differentiated Accountability framework to plan for using the TLC system to support whole-system health
