Because the five state TLC goals are broad, participating teams will be most successful if they are comprised of administrators (central office and building-level) and teacher leaders, including your TLC Coordinator(s) and other individuals responsible for recruiting and retaining school personnel.

Evaluation of the TLC System: A Community of Practice
• Purpose and outcomes for the group
• Align goals, including output and outcome measures, to
o Launching Teacher Leadership Phase 1, 2, and 3 as well as to the
o Teacher Leadership Framework for Learning Supports
• Determine TLC plan alignment to state goals and local goals
• Determine output and outcome data for each local goal (short-term and long-term)
• Create tools for gathering feedback and for disseminating results
• Develop a process to monitor goals and adjust inputs
• Develop an awareness of the Differentiated Accountability framework to plan for using the TLC system to support whole-system health
