MBAEA Superintendents Professional Learning Community 2015-2016


The 2015-2016 MBAEA Superintendents PLC is a professional learning opportunity available to all MBAEA Superintendents who want to participate in a collaborative network (community of practice) organized around learning about reorganization and innovation to improve student achievement and impact practice in classrooms. MBAEA Superintendents PLC will meet monthly and participants in this course will be required to debrief and reflect. This year’s PLC is focused on a deeper understanding of the “AEA Compact” and developing collaborative relationships that address the MBAEA Focus Area structure and the four measures of the compact by:
● Integrating research-based practices and data-driven methods
● Applying knowledge, skills, and routines to empower all employees through collaboration
● Engaging in the review and development of Agency practices to implement the AEA compact
● Communicating effectively internally and externally about the new structure’s operations.
