Participants will investigate the components of STEM. After exploring each of the 4 parts of STEM, teachers will continue their learning through collaborative discussions and lesson planning. As part of this work, teachers will strengthen their teaching pedagogy. This instruction and teacher involvement will include designing, administering, and collecting student assessment data, both formative and summative to ensure maximum learning for each and every student. Teachers will work collaboratively across content areas to design and deliver rigorous STEM lessons aligned to content standards.
