This class is designed to assist teachers, administrators, and other school staff with tools to help students with behavioral challenges. Hands on activities and sharing of ideas are the basis for this class. The class is divided in to three main parts related to identifying and working through these challenges.

This is an online course. The instructor will closely monitor student participation through log on time, the posting of assignments, and responding to teacher and student postings. Students can access the on-line class 24 hours per day from their computer. This will be a self paced class.

This course will meet the 3-credit requirement to renew a paraeducator certificate. An official transcript will be mailed to participants upon request. This transcript needs to be sent with the certificate renewal application.
