This course is for educators in the Calamus Wheatland School District only.

Participants will develop an understanding of the history, development, and key shifts of the Iowa Core English Language Arts (ELA) Standards to be used in content areas. They will learn reading strategies, develop standards-based lessons, and implement them in their classrooms. Participants will benefit from coaching by AEA staff.
