Learn how to create a calm classroom from the inside out. Participants will learn ways to teach students how to calm themselves, learn to focus, and relax. Forms of Brain Gym, Yoga Calm, and Mindful Meditation will be explored. No yoga experience is needed but come ready to move and relax. Please bring a notebook, journal, beach towel and water bottle to class.

This class targets grades PK-5th grade. It is NOT appropriate for middle and high school level professionals, or those with the substitute authorization license.
