Introductory Instruction in the Tools of the Flipped Classroom
What you will learn:
How to publish your first video in the first twenty minutes using free Apps and Eduvision provided to you by MBAEA.
How to capture and post video in three clicks: (Start, Stop and Publish)
How to share your video publicly or privately and to any device
What will I be able to do?
Capture desktop content with your voice and optional video for students to learn from
Create tutorials and help support your students to create video that demonstrates their knowledge and understanding of learning objectives. All video can be reviewed and approved before its published
Support others in your building or district to show others how easy and powerful this resource is to use. For example, your Superintendent could use this application to create public relations announcements, emergency weather alerts, school opening delays and much more
What should I bring?
Please bring a Mac or a PC to download and run your Relay Recorder
Please also bring your mobile device, iPhone, IPad or Android device. If you do not bring a PC or Mac, you will not be able to use the most powerful tool introduced in the training
Please bring a PowerPoint or Keynote deck with your favorite lesson plans. We will be giving you time to create usable assets
What location and time?
The training will be led by Clayton Bosquez who has done similar training throughout the state of Iowa and US and will be done at the Mississippi Bend AEA in the Clinton Room
The class will start at 8:30 AM and wrap at noon.
