The course has been designed to address the needs of teachers during the second year of the Clinton High School Teacher Leadership Academy. The course will enhance teacher leader skills and for High School Administrators to support the development of teacher leaders in their building. The purpose of the class is to develop a deeper understanding and application of skills from Year 1 Teacher Leadership Academy to support the effective delivery and implementation of building level professional development and lead department staff.
