This workshop will address a beginner’s view of the concept of Professional Learning Communities. Clara Sale Davis will spend time on the first day with the research, purpose, and philosophy of professional learning communities.

Day Two will address PLC processes: creating collaborative teams, establishing team norms, functioning as a collaborative team, determining essential standards, using common assessments, etc.
