Arts Integration: The Kennedy Center´s Approach
Audience: K - 12 Teachers
Through various participatory activities, this workshop will help teachers to unpack the Kennedy Center’s definition of arts integration and give them the opportunity to uncover the characteristics of quality integration. Additionally, the session includes a hands-on, minds-on sampling of an arts-integrated lesson and examines how arts-integrated instruction aligns with current learning principles and best practices.
