      Professional Development Appraisal System (PDAS) for Appraisers
Administrators and prospective administrators only. In order to appraise teachers, administrators need to attend PDAS training. This workshop will prepare administrators to conduct effective appraisals. Participants will develop an understanding of the critical attributes of each PDAS domain and develop calibrated scoring guidelines. Must attend all 20 hours to receive certification.
