This professional development is intended for mentors in the Louisiana Educational Leaders Induction Program. This PD will focus on mentoring to the revised/newly adopted ISSLC standards as well as developing a nurturing relationship as a mentor. Additionally, presentation of the 09-10 program design, program expectations, and mentor contracts/assignments will be reviewed.
