This training is to develop "Online Assessment" for teachers.

Specifically for TEACHERS of ELA and Math grades 3-12. Sessions have limited seating based on number of computers available. Registration is required.

These workshops are for personnel involved in the administration of the English Language Development Assessment (ELDA), which must be given annually to all students identified as LEP. Specific information about administering and scoring of ELDA will be provided. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.

These workshops provide information about the LAA 1 assessment. Personnel who are new to the LAA 1 assessment or were unable to attend this workshop last year are encouraged to attend. The workshop will provide not only information about LAA 1 but also hands-on training on how to administer it.

These EAGLE training sessions are for those TEACHERS (grades 8, 9, 10, & 11/12 ELA and grades 8, 10, & 11/12 Math) who have been selected by the District Test Coordinator via the school principal to redeliver EAGLE training. Teacher selection is based on limited seating and ability to redeliver training to other teachers.

Half-day hands-on workshops for new district/school test coordinators and any teachers/test administrators who are interested in becoming familiar with the EOC system. Training will include hands on experience with registration, administering student tests, and accessing test reports. Please note that schools will be administering Algebra I and English II operational tests, and Geometry field test in May 2009. LDE suggests that districts send participants who will be administering EOC tests for the first time.
