The Louisiana Department of Education Online Registration System

You can view the list of course offerings at any time; however, you must be logged in to register. By selecting the icons listed in the main menu above you can view by:
	Category	Location	Month	Alpha	Interest
You must have an account to register for courses. Also, you cannot register another person. Registration requires personal information/data that supports the transcript system.

Select Logon
Choose the appropriate option: Been Here Before, New To This Site? or Forgot Your ID or Password?
Logon to the system
Select View By Alpha or one of the other View By options
Choose the training, meeting or conference you are interested in attending
Select the session date
Select "Register" at the bottom of the information page
Complete all requested information
Click "Submit Registration" at the bottom of the page
Print the Registration confirmation page for your records
Bring the printed page to the training, meeting, or conference. you can now select other events to attend in the same manner by selecting any of the "View By" options

If you have forgotten your Password, use the automated request on the logon page. If unsure about your USER ID and/or Password, please do not create a new account. Call the Help Desk to reset your account information - 1-877-453- 2721.
Not all browsers work effectively with Coursewhere. It is recommended to use Microsoft Internet Explorer.
DO NOT ACCESS COURSEWHERE FROM BLACKBOARD. You will experience login problems.
Popup Blockers will cause problems when completing registration screen.
Verify all information in your account.
Email will be used to communicate all confirmations, schedule changes, relocations and reminders.
What you enter is used for Name Tags and Sign-In Sheets.
Please make sure the work phone, email, district/parish and school information is correct when registering.
The drop-down list includes all 68 school districts, type 2 charter schools, SSD Schools, the Diocese, LDOE offices and a short list of "non-publics."
