Teaching Students How to Do An Effective Science Fair Project 2009-2010 - 10452705
Session: 233
A science fair project is more than an experiment. It is looking at a science concept learned and taking it to the next level to learn something new about that concept. In this class teachers will learn how to teach the scientific method centered on science inquiry. They will also learn how to teach students what is involved in doing an effective science fair project. Teachers will learn how to set up a class/grade/school science fair with the help of parents and other community support. The ideas taught are grade specific for all the teachers that attend.
