CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Refresher Course

The Nonviolent Crisis Intervention program is a safe, non-harmful behavior management system designed to aid professionals in the management of disruptive & assualtive people, even during the most violent moments. It has been developed & taught by the Crisis Prevention Institute, a training organization devoted to training staff in the safe management of potentially violent individuals. *CPI re-certification is to take place annually. In order to maintain certification, participants are required to complete a refresher course annually per policy of the Johnston Public Schools. *Participants are eligible for CPI refresher courses no earlier than 6 months before & no later than 12 months after their certificate expiration date per the policy of the Nonviolent Crisis Prevention Institute.
